1.2. Workshop registration is subject to availability. Your registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full.

1.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability. In such cases, we will provide you with options to reschedule, receive a credit, or obtain a refund.

1.4. Workshop fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated, and refunds are subject to our refund policy (if applicable).

 

2. Workshop Content and Materials
 

2.1. Our art workshops may include instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. The content, techniques, and materials provided are for educational and personal use only.

2.2. You acknowledge that any artwork or creations produced during the workshop remain the property of the respective participants. However, we may request permission to photograph or showcase your artwork for promotional purposes, with proper credit given.

2.3. We strive to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct that disrupts the workshop or compromises the well-being of others may result in immediate removal without refund.

 

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk
 

3.1. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or limitations that may affect your participation. We will make reasonable accommodations, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free or risk-free environment.

3.2. We recommend following our safety guidelines, instructions, and suggestions provided during the workshop. You are responsible for using art materials and equipment appropriately and taking necessary precautions to prevent harm to yourself or others.
