Refunds & Cancellation :
Thank you for participating in our Art Workshop. We strive to provide you with unforgettable and enjoyable learning experiences. As the nature of our service involves live events and scheduled activities, our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds:
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel an experience for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellation by you: If you cancel your reservation within 2 days prior to the scheduled experience, you will be eligible to participate for any one of the upcoming event during the period of next two months. Please note that cancellation fees or restrictions may apply, depending on the workshop you select.
Unsatisfactory experience: If you encounter significant issues or concerns during the experience that prevent you from fully enjoying or participating, please contact us to discuss the situation. Refunds, partial or full, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
1.2. Please note that refunds are typically not provided in the following circumstances:
No-show: If you fail to show up for the scheduled experience without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Participant misconduct: If you are excluded from participating in the experience due to inappropriate behavior, violation of rules, or failure to meet specified requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
2.1. To request a refund, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within a reasonable timeframe after the experience. Provide your reservation details, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photographs if applicable.
2.2. We will evaluate your refund request and respond to you as soon as possible. If a refund is approved, we will reach out to you to confirm the method for the payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
3.1. Refunds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other experiences or services unless explicitly stated otherwise in the refund approval.
